But sometimes we forget it and we sleep only for a few hours.<br />The absence of rest affects our lives, specially at work. And it could cause many diseases too.<br />If we don’t sleep enough, we will be very tired during the day, it will be hard for us to concentrate on something and we will have a bad temper.<br />But if we sleep several hours, we will be more relaxed during the day and we will have faster reactions.
